For those of you who may not have met me formally my name is Tolani Animashaun and I am running for a seat in the Federal House of Representatives for Eti Osa Federal constituency under the umbrella – PDP.
I believe in community social responsibility and am making a series of small contributions to communities in Eti Osa through TACO (Tolani Animashaun Campaign Organisation).
TACO has refurbished and repaired a borehole in Mopol 2, Keffi and decided to handover a LCD television, stabilizer and DSTV recorder to the Is Kaba base Ikota estate. TACO plans other community programmes for other areas of Eti Osa before and after the election Please agree amongst yourselves on which team to watch when Manchester United, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea are all playing on DSTV. I know you are all football lovers here.
I, as your representative, by Gods grace believe that these TV viewing centers are a good form of recreation for the Youth.
ASTROTURF.
Once I am elected by you, with God’s help and yours, I would like to develop other community projects. I would like to build an Astroturf pitch. There are two or three Astroturf pitches in Eti Osa, one in Lekki and one near Folawiyo High School but they are expensive to play at.
The Astroturf pitch I plan to build will be for ordinary youths and will not be expensive to use and will be a community project. The centre will also provide skills for Eti Osa residents. My plan is to find organizations that understand the idea of corporate social responsibility and will hopefully partner with me in making the idea a reality.
What will I do for you when you elect me as your rep?
Just a sample of what I will do for you as your rep.
I will properly represent you the people of Eti Osa in Abuja.
I will address the problems of flooding and other environmental problemsin Eti Osa
I will establish a constituency clinic in Eti Osa where you will have access to me.
I will use Federal programmes to improve disadvantaged villages and opportunities for the youth.
I will campaign against the proposed toll payment on Lekki expressway.
